Pupils were treated to an action‑packed session in the sports hall on Thursday, 26 March as part of our end‑of‑term rewards event.
Those who met the criteria — 95%+ attendance, positive behaviour choices, and consistently demonstrating the Priory Standard — each enjoyed a dedicated hour on a range of inflatable activities.
The sports hall was transformed into a giant playground, complete with inflatable assault courses featuring mangles, slides and hurdles, sumo wrestling suits, gladiator jousts and the ever-popular bungee run.
From the moment pupils stepped inside, the hall was filled with energy, encouragement and plenty of laughter. Pupils threw themselves into every challenge: racing head‑to‑head through the mangles, bouncing their way across obstacle courses, and battling friends in oversized sumo suits. The sumo ring proved especially popular, with pupils shuffling, spinning and toppling in padded suits that brought giggles to everyone watching.
Even the staff couldn’t resist getting involved — with the PE department and Mr Mo having a sneaky go during break and lunch! Their attempts at the bungee run and jousting provided just as much entertainment for the pupils as the activities themselves.
The event was not only a celebration of positive behaviour and attendance, but also a chance for pupils to unwind, have fun and enjoy time with their peers after a busy term of hard work. The Pastoral Team would like to thank all pupils who qualified this term — their effort, attitude and commitment continue to embody what Priory stands for.
A huge thank you to House Leader Mrs Massey for organising the event, and to our families for their ongoing support.
We look forward to celebrating even more pupil successes next term!
