Dinner is Served - Priory Style!
17 December 2025
Priory was brimming with festive spirit today when Christmas jumper day coincided with Christmas lunch.
The catering team had been planning the perfect menu for weeks, and it didn’t disappoint! Pupils enjoyed a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings, followed by a scrumptious sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Adding to the fun, Senior Leaders rolled up their sleeves to serve lunch - a Priory tradition that always brings plenty of smiles.
Christmas Jumper Day was more than just festive fun, it was about giving back. Pupils donated £1 to Barnardo’s, helping support vulnerable children and families. Combined with recent bake sales and the ‘Guess the Teacher’ competition, Priory has raised over £400 for the charity this half term.
And the festive fundraising isn’t over yet! Tomorrow is House Colours Day, where pupils can wear a top or bottoms in their House colour along with their own clothes. A £1 donation for Derian House is appreciated and can be paid online via SCOPay or passed to form tutors in the morning. Clothing must be sensible and appropriate for the school environment.
Thank you to everyone for your generosity and support.
