This week, our catering team added a little extra sweetness to lunchtime as they celebrated National Donut Week in style.

Pupils were treated to a selection of five delicious donuts each day, ranging from classic sugar-coated rings and jam-filled favourites to indulgent chocolate and raspberry creations topped with sprinkles.

Priced at just 65p, the donuts proved to be a huge hit, quickly becoming one of the most popular dessert choices of the week. The variety on offer ensured there was something for everyone, with many pupils keen to sample a different flavour each day.

Mrs Morley, Catering Manager, said: “We are always looking for ways to liven up our menus and keep things exciting for our pupils. National Donut Week provided the perfect opportunity to do just that, and it’s been wonderful to see how much everyone has enjoyed the selection.”

It was certainly a week full of flavour and fun, and a great example of how the catering team continues to bring creativity and enjoyment to the school dining experience.
